NDI Toolkit PRO is provided as a tool for streaming video/audio via NDI and connecting to private networks. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
The application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
NDI Toolkit PRO and its developers are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the application.
NDI Toolkit PRO requires local network access to discover and stream to NDI-compatible devices. Users are responsible for how they use network connectivity and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The Pro license is a one-time purchase per device. It is non-refundable except as required by applicable platform policies (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). The license does not transfer between devices.
All rights related to the application, including design and functionality, remain the property of its developers. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
We may update the application or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of any changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application at any time without notice if these terms are violated.
This application relies on the NDI® protocol by Vizrt/NewTek. NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt Group. All respective trademarks and rights belong to their owners.
