A: Make sure your phone and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network. Firewalls or VLANs that separate devices will block NDI discovery. Try disabling the firewall temporarily to confirm.

A: Restore your purchase: go to the paywall and tap the restore button (if available), or reinstall the app — purchases are tied to your App Store / Play Store account. If the problem persists, send your Device ID (visible at the bottom of the paywall screen) to our support email.

A: Open the app, tap the upgrade banner or the PRO button. Scroll to the bottom of the paywall — your Device ID is shown there. You can copy it with the Copy button.

A: Check that your license is active (the header should show PRO, not FREE). Also verify that the resolution dropdown for the source is not set to a lower resolution manually.

A: Screen capture on iOS uses Apple's ReplayKit. Start the stream, then use Control Center → Screen Recording to begin broadcasting to NDI Toolkit PRO. The source will appear in your NDI receivers automatically.

A: This can happen if the NDI source stopped sending frames. Tap the source name to reselect it, or tap Search to refresh the source list.

A: On Android, the app runs a foreground service to maintain the stream. Use the Stop (⏹) button inside the app before closing it. You can also stop the service from the notification shade.

A: The Pro license is per-device. Purchase once per device through the in-app purchase on each device.
